1.3 Product Information

We strive to display our products (including Artificial Plants, Bonsai, Houseplants, Terrarium bottles, Cushions, and Garden Tools) as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of botanical items.

2. Orders & Purchases

2.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email.

2.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in product description or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to ship to your location

2.3 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

• JCB
• PayPal

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

3. Product-Specific Terms

3.1 Live Plants

Our live plants (Houseplants, Bonsai, Terrarium plants, Moss, and Species) are living organisms. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

• They require specific care and conditions to thrive
• They are perishable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective (see Returns section)
• You should inspect them immediately upon delivery

3.2 Non-Live Products

Our Artificial Plants, Candle Holders, Cushions, Garden Tools, Plant Tables, and other home living items are crafted for quality and harmony. Please follow any care instructions provided.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We approach returns with the same dedication to integrity and ease that we apply to selecting our products.

4.1 Return Window & Conditions

You may return most non-living items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unused and in resalable condition
• In their original packaging with all accessories and documentation

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective (contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence):

• All Live Plants (Houseplants, Bonsai, Terrarium plants, Moss, Species)
• Personalised items
• Used items or items removed from original sealed packaging

4.3 Return Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days with your request
2. Await our authorisation and instructions (2 business days)
3. Securely package items with the provided RMA number visible
4. Ship to our Bradford hub (you cover return shipping unless error is ours)
5. We inspect (3-5 business days) and process refund/exchange

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design, product descriptions) is the property of Plant Haven Home or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plant Haven Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We handle all products with utmost care, but we cannot be held responsible for:

• Damage to live plants after they have left our care and been delivered
• Delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• Minor variations in product appearance from website images

7. Your Responsibilities

As a customer of Plant Haven Home, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order
• Inspect live plants immediately upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours
• Use products as intended and follow any care instructions provided
• Pay all applicable charges for your orders
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding imported plants and goods in your country

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version will always be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
