What types of plants and products do you offer?
We carefully curate a collection to bring tranquillity to your space. Our range includes living Houseplants (from Mini to Extra Large), Artificial plants, delicate Bonsai, Terrarium plants & bottles, Moss, and complementary home dΓ©cor such as Candle Holders, Cushions, Plant tables, and Garden tools. Each item is selected with our philosophy of Style Meets Simplicity.
Are the plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of species and sizes, each accompanied by care instructions. For those new to plant parenting, we recommend our Middle (50-100 cm) or Small (20-50 cm) living houseplants, which are often more adaptable, or our beautiful Artificial plants and Preserved Moss for effortless, lasting greenery.
How are the plants packaged for delivery?
We create miniature ecosystems for travel. Every living or fragile item is lovingly health-checked and packaged with expert, cushioned protection. Tall plants are securely anchored, and terrarium glass is specially shielded, ensuring your green companions arrive safely and ready to thrive.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two tailored services:
1. Standard Tracked Shipping (Β£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch. Includes full tracking.
2. Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over Β£50. Shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
Our team in Bradford needs 1-2 days to lovingly select, health-check, and expertly pack your order before dispatch. You will receive a notification email with tracking details (for Standard Shipping) once it’s on its way.
Where do you deliver?
We are proud to ship globally to bring a haven of calm to doorsteps far and wide. However, we are currently unable to deliver to a small number of remote locations and some parts of Asia. The full list of excluded regions will be shown clearly at checkout.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and bring it indoors promptly. Unpack your plant or product with care, follow the included care instructions, and let it acclimatise to its new home.

What is your returns policy?

We pack with utmost care, but on rare occasions, issues can occur in transit. If your plant or product arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I send a plant as a gift?
Of course! Plants make thoughtful, serene gifts. At checkout, you can enter a different shipping address and include a gift message. We’ll ensure the packaging is presentable, though we discreetly include necessary care instructions for the recipient.
